Other benefits you may notice include increased metabolism, less spikes in sugar levels, lower cholesterol and an increased sex drive. Independent testing of  Zi Xiu Tang capsules, on the contrary, reveals that the main ingredient of Zi Xiu Tang capsules is senna, a natural laxative, so any weight loss would most likely be attributed to the effects of the senna alone.

According to experts and medical professionals, there is no single food, whether herb or fruit, that can provide the perfect solution to weight loss. In order to effectively lose weight, you need to monitor and control your calorie intake and practice a healthy lifestyle. With a balance diet of nutritious food, careful use of natural diet supplements, plenty of physical activity and adequate rest, you will be able to attain and maintain your recommended weight.
