Get Rid of Tennis Elbow by Tennis Elbow Exercises

The major popular ways for tennis elbow treatment are home remedies, medication, surgery and exercises. Home remedies are pretty helpful in bringing down inflammation and swelling. For finger stretch, keep your affected arm in a straight and horizontal position. Spread your fingers according to your strength. Bring them back after holding for 10 to 15 seconds.

Ball squeezing requires using your affected hand to hold an a soft ball and squeezing it as much as you can. Relax your hand for a few seconds and repeat.

For wrist extension, keep your affected arm straight and horizontal with your palm facing downward. Bend your wrist slowly according to your capacity. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds. Now bring it back to the horizontal position and hold for 15 to 20 seconds. Try to move it up, hold for 15 to 20 seconds and bring it back.

To do the hammering exercise, hold a hammer at just below its head.Now, bring your upper arm and fore arm to straight and horizontal position.Try to bend your wrist down. Do it as much as you can. Try to hold it there for 10 to 15 seconds depending on your capacity. get it back to the horizontal position and hold for 10 to 20 seconds. Now try to bend it up and hold for the same duration. Relax and repeat. Now, hold the hammer at the bottom and do this.
