Food for liver pain

Diet food is an integral part of the treatment of patients with liver disease. It is of particular importance for patients suffering from liver infection or suffering from an infectious inflammation of the liver (hepatitis). Proper diet can help faster and complete recovery for this illness. You should have in mind that when you suffer from ill liver your food must be:

1) Food should be taken many times in a day, best would be every day at the same time.
2) Too hot and too cold and too spicy food is harmful.
3) One should always eat slowly, without haste. Each food should be a chewed.
4) Patients should avoid fat in any form and when preparing food fat must be reduced to a minimum.
5) When you suffer from liver disease, try eating dishes with plenty of protein.
6) It is recommended to sweet dishes.
7) Use of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited! You will feel pain in your liver even if you take in the smallest amount of alcohol.

Permitted foods and beverages:

Soups: All types of fat soup: soup made from lean meat, sheep, soup with egg and all the soups with cooked pasta, rice and potatoes.Meat and protein foods: veal, lamb, mutton, fish (white), skim milk, skim milk, eggs.
